Jim DiMala, who said he has been a licensed field director for 33 years and a long‑time Uvalde County resident, described his facility’s capacity to hold up to 11 decedents, vehicle capability, and local staffing. Both speakers asked the court to consider recommending their firms for county morgue designation.
The court heard both presentations; no formal award or selection was made during the meeting.
