They discussed using existing footage or filming new material for future years, taking stills for social posts and coordinating posting through the city’s communications channels or Northampton Open Media. Court Klein and other volunteers offered to contact Open Media and city archives to arrange studio time and production assistance.
Commissioners agreed to recruit volunteer voices (several volunteered during the meeting) and to coordinate recording logistics ahead of winter outreach.
