Commissioner-level discussion settled on inserting a commencement-date amendment: "I know we approve the interlocal agreement as submitted with the exception that we're gonna change the commencement date to January 15," one commissioner said; another seconded the motion and the Court carried it by voice vote.
County staff said they would coordinate timing and logistics with city and school staff; no additional funding changes were announced on the record. The Court did not request a revised funding breakdown during the meeting.
