The Gonzales County Commissioners Court approved the final plat for the Welder Ranch subdivisions in Precinct 2 during its November meeting. County staff told the Court the plat was the final approval under a previous subdivision order and that it had met all requirements and notes. "They've met all the requirements, got all the notes. The plat appears correct," a county staffer said. Commissioners moved and seconded approval; the motion carried by voice vote.
The plat is being completed under a prior subdivision order; staff said one additional plat remained in the queue under the same order and that future plats would proceed under the county’s current name and process. No public opposition or litigation was recorded in the meeting discussion. The Court did not attach additional conditions to the approval and did not record a roll-call tally in the minutes.
