Permits approved included a 116‑foot pipeline permit for Marathon Oil Company on County Road 401; the court recorded that a deposit of $1,170.66 had been turned over to the county treasurer and that the amount was overpaid by $670.66 and would be returned. Commissioner Riley moved to approve the pipeline permit; the motion was seconded and carried.
