Earlier in the meeting the chair called the session to order at 6:01 p.m. A speaker led the Pledge of Allegiance after the chair announced that Supervisor Bosway would lead the pledge. An unidentified speaker recited the pledge.

The board conducted a roll call and recorded 22 supervisors present and seven absent. The chair then asked for a motion to adopt the agenda; the chair recorded "Motion by Boswick, second by Wilson." With no questions or objections, the board adopted the agenda by voice vote.

Following the closed public hearing on the budget, the chair asked for a motion to adjourn. The chair recorded "Motion by Sutherland, second by Homan," and the meeting was adjourned by voice vote after an "Aye" with no opposing voices heard.

No budget documents, public testimony, or amendments were introduced on the record during the hearing; the public hearing was opened and closed during the same meeting session with no speakers. The board did not take additional formal action on the recommended 2025 budget at this meeting.
