The consent agenda — which included the city bills audit, pay estimate No. 3 to Nor Sun Construction LLC, tree board minutes, gambling reports, an exempt-permit application from Assumption Church, the Morris Transit report and a raffle license report — was also approved by voice vote.
City Manager Becca presented three change orders for the Morris Transit Garage. Change order 1 replaced an insulated panel with a standard reverse panel and reduced the contract by $24,009.60; change order 2 added $4,004.99 for epoxy painting and wrap of wash-bay columns; change order 3 added $10,005.66 for furniture and cabinets. Council voted to approve the change orders together.
