The council approved resolution 24-614 to purchase a 2025 IAS world software-as-a-service product from Tyler Technologies for use by the city’s assessment and IT teams.

Council members asked whether this Tyler product was connected to past issues with a vendor used for commercial reappraisal; staff explained the product comes from a different Tyler business unit and is used for addresses and assessment workflows and interfaces with the city’s GIS and Munis accounting systems. After brief questioning the purchase passed on the consent agenda.
