The White House Board of Mayor and Aldermen voted on a slate of routine items during its meeting.
The board adopted the meeting agenda and approved minutes from the Nov. 21 meeting. Members recognized the 12U White House Warriors junior football team and Grayson Cook of White House Heritage High School with proclamations honoring athletic achievements.
On other business the board approved the financial audit completed by Kraft CPAs for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024. Members also approved the 2025 budget calendar and the 2025 meeting calendar for the Board of Mayor and Aldermen.
Planning staff asked for and received approval for subdivision infrastructure and street acceptance for Concord Springs Phase 3 after stabilization of a detention pond following heavy rain. The board also voted to update the certificate of compliance for J and L Liquor Stores at 322 Haster Drive to reflect an ownership interest as requested by the state. Finally, members approved scheduling a joint study session with the planning commission to discuss land-use regulation updates.
