At the end of the Sept. 17 meeting, the Planning Manager told the Plan Commission he has accepted a position at Foth, a civil engineering firm, and that this was his last meeting after more than seven years with the city. He thanked commissioners and staff.
The manager also outlined upcoming schedule changes: the Oct. 1 meeting was cancelled for lack of agenda items so the next regular meeting is Oct. 15; only one November meeting (Nov. 19) and one December meeting (Dec. 3) are planned. He announced a public informational session on the parkland impact-fee study at the Convention Center on Oct. 30 and a joint meeting with the Parks Advisory Board on Nov. 11 to discuss the impact-fee work. Staff will provide more details to commissioners as the dates approach.
