At the end of the Dec. 3 meeting the Plan Commission set public hearings for a comprehensive plan amendment (change from commercial to mixed use for about 6 acres at the northwest corner of Spath Street and South Main Street) and the associated zoning map change. Staff indicated those items will be scheduled for the January Plan Commission meeting when the developer and staff are ready.
Staff also presented the 2025 Planning Commission meeting schedule, noting holidays and election coordination; the commission approved setting public hearings and the schedule. The chair thanked members and the public for their participation and adjourned the meeting.
