The board approved the minutes of its Sept. 19, 2024 meeting after one member flagged an earlier recorded vote and an abstention by a board member. "Motion to approve," was made and the ayes carried.
On an old‑business item, counsel for Amelia's Way requested a continuance to allow time to respond to the town consultant peer review. The applicant agreed to extend the hearing to December; the board moved to continue the Amelia's Way public hearing and the motion passed.
The board appointed Member Boyd to the Technical Review Committee; board members discussed the TRC schedule (meets on an as‑needed basis, typically in the first week of the month). The board also voted to cancel its November 2024 meeting and set the next regular meeting for Dec. 12, 2024.
