Board members asked whether the new design would change the approved concept. Cain said the changes are architectural and interior in nature and that the overall concept and approved plan remain in force; he told the board the applicant would return if substantive changes were proposed.
A board member moved to grant the extension, the motion was seconded, and the board recorded its approval. Attorney Tim Cain thanked the board and left following the vote.
