Planning board continues Westshore Solar item, accepts minutes and adjourns

The board continued the Westshore Solar agenda item to Oct. 10, noted the Morgan application was withdrawn, accepted the Aug. 14 minutes and adjourned the meeting.
At the start of the Sept. 12 meeting the Portsmouth Planning Board handled procedural business: staff Miss Hitchin reported the Westshore Solar item (owner Carnegie Trails LLC) requested a continuance and the board approved a motion to continue agenda item 4 to the Oct. 10 meeting. Miss Hitchin also said the Morgan conceptual application for 1 and 25 East Main Road has been withdrawn and will be resubmitted later when additional information is provided. The board accepted the August 14 minutes after a motion and second, noting the chair recused from one item but voted on the remainder. The meeting closed after a motion to adjourn moved by Dave Garceau and seconded by Luke Harding.
