Council postponed the third reading of Ordinance 23‑2024 (amendments to subdivision regulations) after a motion to postpone to the next meeting was moved and carried. Councilmembers said additional work remains on that item.
The body also approved a resolution authorizing the State of Ohio Department of Transportation to complete bridge‑repair work inside the city; officials said ODOT will coordinate with schools, fire and police and will manage the closure and costs.
