On infrastructure, the council approved a Narragansett Electric request to install a utility pole (P11‑50) on Maple Drive to supply electricity; the motion passed 6 to 0. The council also moved to receive and place correspondence on file (motion passed 6 to 0). Future meetings were announced (Oct. 28; Nov. 12 at the middle school; Nov. 25) and an executive session was scheduled for Oct. 21 at 7 p.m. The meeting adjourned following a 6 to 0 vote.
