The Portsmouth Town Council approved a police-department request Oct. 28 to add Pleasant Street Wharf to the town’s approved mooring-vendor list.
The Chief told the council the request "has been reviewed by the Harbour Commission, and approved as well as the Harbour Master." A councilor moved to approve the addition, a second was offered, and the council voted 5–0 to accept the recommendation.
The motion adds the wharf associated with Mark Collins to the list of approved mooring vendors; staff did not provide additional conditions or fee changes during the Oct. 28 meeting.
