Planning staff indicated they are preparing a written proposal and that the council must respect the required advertising (notice) window before hearing and final action.
A motion to move the code item to the Jan. 21 meeting passed on a roll-call vote. Council asked that staff coordinate timing to ensure the public-notice period is met and to clarify whether retroactive language is required to avoid a lapse.
