Procurement and requisitions approved included a $38,427.52 invoice for Frost Brown Todd LLC for legal services, a $10,000 purchase from Bunny James Boxes LLC funded from the township’s $15,000 annual wellness allocation to provide employee holiday boxes, a $34,351.65 renewal with CDW Government to maintain the township’s email spam filter and archive (the staff report said the spam filter blocked 312,000 emails in November 2024, including 6,000 phishing attempts and 134 advanced malware attempts), $11,832.45 to Sayers & Sayers Company to renew NetMotion/Absolute licenses, and $7,976.30 to Lexipol LLC for online fire department policy and training resources.
