Plan commission grants final plat approval for Twin Silos subdivision

The Muskego City plan commission voted unanimously Nov. 6 to approve Resolution PC056-2024, granting final plat approval for the Twin Silos subdivision, a nine-lot and one-outlot development off Test Corners Drive.
Adam, a city staff presenter, said the project is "pretty much near completion" with roads, curbing and utilities installed and that grading and landscaping work is underway. He explained the final plat closely matches the previously approved preliminary plat; the only substantive change was slight deepening of the rear lot lines on Lots 6 and 7, enlarging those lots.
Staff recommended approval of the final plat "subject to technical review comments coming back and being addressed," Adam said. With that condition noted, a motion to approve was called and passed unanimously.
The approval allows the developer to move from preliminary approval to the final-lot-recording stage after technical-review comments are addressed; the commission did not add other substantive conditions at the hearing.
