The ordinance text and a staff memo were attached and the reader noted that yellow highlighting shows items that are changing and struck text shows items being removed or altered. "This is just a first reading," the reader said.
Council did not vote on the amendment at this meeting beyond recording the first reading. Council discussed scheduling for a special meeting related to the budget amendment and agreed to post and hold the special meeting on Nov. 19 at 6:45 p.m. with the caucus meeting to follow at 7:00 p.m.
