City Attorney Mr. Gatlin presented a first reading of an ordinance intended to overturn the existing Kenton County ban on medical cannabis within Erlanger and to amend the Erlanger zoning ordinance to allow cultivation, processing and related medical cannabis uses in specified industrial and commercial zones.
