Galveston County Commissioners Court approves consent agenda, RFP and towing contract in unanimous votes

Purchasing staff also reported one proposal received on Feb. 14 for Invitation to Bid 25032 (abatement of jumped vehicles) and recommended award to Marty's Towing; the court approved the award and authorized the county judge to execute the resulting contract, with the vote recorded as 5–0.
The action-agenda portion concluded at roughly 9:33 a.m., and the court moved immediately into a workshop presentation by the Railroad Commission of Texas.
