The council approved the consent agenda, which included the March 3, 2025 meeting minutes; task order No. 5 with Columbia Engineering and Services Inc. for land-acquisition services on Freemanville Road at Red Road (agenda item 25-061); a professional-services agreement with Safe Road Solutions, Inc. for engineering under the Safe Streets for All federal grant (25-062); an event logistics agreement with Premier Events, LLC for Crabapplefest (25-063); a professional-services agreement with Vaness Hagen Breslin, Inc. for the Milton Grainpont environmental evaluation (25-064); a temporary license agreement with Crabapple Green LLC for the 2025 Memorial Day ceremony (25-065); change order No. 1 with Diana Wheeler for community development consulting (25-066); a goods-and-services purchase contract for school‑zone flashers (25-067); and a minor plat revision enlarging a parcel at 795 Quarter Path Lane by 0.18 acres, recorded by resolution R2409715 (25-068).
