The city expects to fund the work with a $2,000,000 cleaner-water grant and a Kentucky Infrastructure Authority loan for the remainder; easement totals include compensation for property damage to driveways, trees and fences and include both permanent and temporary easements.
Staff said acquisition of the easements allows the city to finalize construction plans and proceed with the project; council moved, seconded and approved the authorization by roll-call vote.
