Greg Smorstad of Banks Engineering presented the plat for approximately 24.95 acres off Shun Pike, describing 86 proposed lots and stub street connections to Phase 2. He also noted an amended preliminary plat for Phase 2 that adjusts four lots to match the stub streets. Smorstad said the applicant agreed to the conditions listed in the staff report and was prepared to answer commissioner questions.
Commissioners moved and seconded approval of the preliminary plat; the motion passed by voice vote. The approval is subject to the standard conditions noted in the staff report and required construction/permitting steps before final plat recordation.
