The Needles City Planning Commission voted unanimously on Feb. 15 to recommend that the City Council adopt an updated General Plan '1 including revised land-use and transportation elements '1 and approve a mitigated negative declaration (MND), forwarding the package with three amendments.
Consultant Colin Drucker of PlaceWorks presented the three-year update, saying it was largely grant-funded and aimed to provide CEQA efficiency and infrastructure planning for expected growth.
