Council confirms board appointments and adopts amended conflict-of-interest appendix

On a separate item, staff recommended approval of Resolution 2024-42 to rescind Resolution 2022-71 and adopt an amended appendix to the Conflict of Interest Code pursuant to the Political Reform Act of 1974. The manager said the action is a biannual requirement identifying officials required to disclose conflicts and the recommended change updates categories and positions for disclosure. The council approved the resolution by unanimous roll call.
