The Lake Oswego City Council on Feb. 18 adopted Resolution 24‑25‑04, a supplemental budget ordinance to appropriate funds for phase‑2 projects and to finalize closeouts for prior capital work. Finance Director Sean Cross noted the largest item was the previously approved Phase 2 appropriation; staff also described transfers to close projects and a nearly 50 percent rebate expected for a solar installation at the Trolley Barn.
"We have these estimates from two years ago; now we’re trying to close out some funds and transfer what’s left," Cross said.
Councilor discussion touched on payback and rebate expectations for the solar project; Cross said staff would return with more detailed payback estimates. The resolution passed on a unanimous 6‑0 vote.
The finance department will implement the transfers and report back as projects close out.
