The CDBG program provides federal funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development administered in Pennsylvania through the Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED), a staff member said. "The city's 2022 allocation will be $308,298," the staff member said. Applicants must meet federal and state regulations and demonstrate that projects principally benefit low- and moderate-income persons.
