- Regional housing needs assessment: The board authorized two documents — a four‑way cost‑sharing agreement (Inyo, Mono, City of Bishop, Town of Mammoth Lakes) and a contract with BAE Urban Economics to complete a regional housing needs assessment and market analysis. Staff said Inyo’s share is about $56,000 after cost‑sharing and the project timeline is roughly nine months.
- Consent agenda: Items 10 through 17 were approved on one motion.
Each approval was taken by roll or voice vote as part of the board’s regular meeting; staff said additional implementation details and MOUs will be returned to the board as contracts are finalized.
