Erica accepted a nomination and was unanimously elected vice chair. A nomination for Abby as secretary was made; Abby was not present to accept and committee members agreed to hold the secretary election at the next meeting pending Abby’s acceptance.
Committee members reviewed the nomination and voting procedure and recorded that members present supported the nominees by voice vote. The committee's secretary position remains pending confirmation.
