The Mono County Board of Supervisors approved the consent agenda by unanimous voice vote at its Feb. 18 meeting. Items read into the record included the Mono County Jail Construction Bid Package Authorization, a budget adjustment for District Attorney purchases, an ordinance establishing county observance of federally designated holidays, an amended allocation list resolution and the quarterly investment report. A motion to approve the consent agenda was made, seconded and carried unanimously.
Paul Roten earlier told the board staff had received BSCC authorization to advertise bids for jail construction, with an advertisement date planned for Feb. 26 and projected bid due dates and contract award timeline into May and August for subsequent contract execution and notice to proceed.
The board’s unanimous consent moves those items forward under typical administrative processes; no separate roll call was required for the consent items.
