Accomack supervisors approve procurement changes, Norfolk Southern refund and wetlands mitigation bank; multiple routine motions pass

Wetlands mitigation bank CUP: In a public hearing the board considered a conditional use permit (CUP #000665‑2024) for an off‑site wetlands mitigation bank at 23519 Guard Shore Road.
