The Planning Commission voted 5-0 to recommend approval of a rezoning request by Tri Court Inc. to change about 4 acres in Wilderness Shores from R2 to R4 conditional so the zoning matches previously approved construction plans that anticipated townhomes.
Staff said earlier approvals and site work had created a mismatch between the recorded zoning line and the developer’s site plan; Jeff Harvey of Legacy Engineering told the commission the request is a "minor cleanup" that will permit the section to be recorded and completed. There were no public commenters on the item.
Commissioners characterized the item as administrative and voted to approve the rezoning as presented; staff will forward the recommendation for the Board of Supervisors’ consideration as required by the county’s process.
