Planning Commission approves small boundary change to industrial parcel

Staff summarized the proposal as a minor boundary adjustment and explained that the applicant does not propose changing the proffers or permitted uses. Applicant Mr. Browning told the commission the request simply aligns zoning lines with the property as surveyed and that he does not intend additional uses beyond what was originally proffered.
Commissioners held no extended discussion and there were no public speakers. The roll‑call vote (Van Hoven, Bryanton, DePasquale, Marshall, Capel) approved the amendment 5-0.
The commission indicated the item was a straightforward map correction and moved on to subsequent business.
