Staff said they do not expect large changes but will ensure the policy reflects current legislation and will clarify procedures for challenges to items in the collection.
On public‑safety measures, staff said they have purchased Narcan kits and wall‑mounted boxes and are coordinating with Public Works on installation. Human Resources will deploy training through the library’s online training platform; staff said rollout is "in process."
