Planner Gary Davis told the board that staff conducted site visits on Aug. 28 and Sept. 23 and found the applicant in compliance with the conditions of the earlier permit that expires Oct. 12, 2024.
No members of the public signed up to speak against the renewal. With no further discussion, a supervisor moved to approve SUP 23‑09 and the board adopted the motion by roll call vote (ayes recorded and motion carried).
The renewal allows the applicant to continue operating under the conditions of the renewed permit; any compliance issues would be enforced under county code and through site inspections.
