Clear Lake swears in new police sergeant; council issues awareness proclamations and reappoints vector-control board member

On an action item, the council approved the reappointment of Kurt Giambri Bruno to the Lake County Vector Control District board for a four-year term. Vice Mayor Prodock moved the appointment; Councilman Kramer seconded and the motion passed on a voice vote recorded as "Aye."
