Clearlake council approves consent agenda items, removes previously approved item
Summary
The council approved the consent agenda twice during the meeting (one motion later modified to exclude item 3 which had been approved previously). Both motions passed unanimously, with the council recording unanimous votes.

Early in the meeting Council member Kirk moved, and Council member Kramer seconded, a motion to approve the consent agenda; Mayor Coffey called the vote and the motion passed unanimously.
Later the council handled a fine-point procedural item: Council member Slootman moved to approve the consent agenda with item number 3 removed because that item had been inadvertently left on the prior meeting agenda and was already approved. Vice Mayor Overton seconded and the council approved the consent agenda minus item number 3 unanimously.
Both motions were recorded in the meeting as passing with a unanimous council vote; the transcript does not record a roll-call tally by named yes/no for each member beyond the recorded unanimous outcomes.
