Staff cited a combined project cost of approximately $839,250 with a local share of $93,250. Council approved the resolution authorizing the mayor and city manager to act for HMGP submission.
Votes recorded at the meeting were taken by voice; the minutes show "motion carries" after each approval. The council did not vote on the economic‑development board appointment (the nomination died for lack of a motion).
