MacKnight accused several people of enabling continued illegal activities and said she has repeatedly asked law enforcement for assistance without success.
MacKnight listed other allegations that she described as ongoing targeted harassment: she said people have threatened her, her horses have been cut and shot, and she cited one quick trespass charge issued to another resident compared with what she described as inaction when she reported threats. She urged the council to take immediate corrective steps and to investigate the matters she raised.
The council did not take public action on MacKnight's allegations during the meeting; the item remained within the broader public‑comment period and the council moved to an attorney consultation about CEIDC matters in a subsequent executive session.
