The board did not attach additional conditions or amendments to the resolution at the meeting.
The adopted correction will be reflected in the town's official zoning records; town staff said they keep resolutions in the record to avoid having to search decades of paper files for property determinations. The town attorney indicated a separate memo on other property matters will be circulated to the board.
The board approved Resolution 2022-16 during the Aug. 23 meeting; no further public hearings were held on the resolution at that session.
