Rising Sun swears in mayor and commissioners; Braun named vice mayor

Travis Marion was sworn in as mayor and Dave Warnec and Joe Shepherd were sworn in as town commissioners at the Town of Rising Sun meeting, where Charlene Nardicola administered the oaths of office.
