DC Prep board approves June minutes, moves into closed session

A motion and second were made, a roll call was held and the chair again announced that "The motion is carried. We will now move into closed session." The board then adjourned the public portion and moved to a closed session as recorded in the meeting transcript.
No substantive votes on policies, contracts or budgets were recorded in the public portion aside from the minutes approval and the approved motion to enter closed session.
