Staff explained the estimates are derived from historical usage and will be billed out to participating departments and outside agencies as appropriate.
A motion to award the consortium contracts to the recommended vendors was made, seconded and approved by voice vote.
Staff cautioned that the totals are estimated and will vary with market prices and weather; the township uses a sliding‑scale approach tied to market prices.
