Vacant property registry ordinance and fee schedule — Council held a second reading of Ordinance (recorded as 20 24 dash 0 4 in the packet) to establish a vacant building/property registry. Staff and council discussed the registry’s role in generating a local database to aid property maintenance enforcement and noted HERA’s involvement with registry operations.
