The Snyderville Basin Planning Commission approved two land‑title items during its December meeting.
Planner Laura Kuhnmeier presented a plat amendment that transfers a small sliver of land from Lot 384 to Lot 385 so both parcels become legal, buildable lots; the applicant, Brad Ross, said no additional clarification was needed and the commission voted unanimously to approve the amendment.
Separately, Jennifer Leslie presented a condominium plat to record ownership of six commercial units on Lot 10 of the Park City Business Center. The units are built and tenant improvements are largely complete; the plat changes ownership structure rather than land use. The commission unanimously forwarded a positive recommendation to the county manager.
Both actions passed without public opposition and will proceed through normal county recording and managerial review steps.
