Gail Pace attempted to join but the council deferred her interview because of persistent audio and connection issues.
Appointments and votes - Eastern Summit County Planning Commission: Council moved and approved the reappointments of Don Sargent and Alex Peterson for terms expiring Feb. 28, 2027. The motion passed by voice vote. - Summit County Recreation, Arts and Parks Advisory Committee: The council appointed Stacy Kian to serve an unexpired term ending June 30; the motion was adopted by voice vote. - Board of Equalization: Staff (including Chase and Stephanie) explained several hearing outcomes and clerk-level stipulations; the council moved to approve final recommendations and ratify hearing officer decisions as contained in the packet. One member recused and the remainder approved the motion by voice vote.
