The applicant confirmed there were no questions and said they agreed with staff's approach.
The commission voted to approve the plat amendment. An unidentified commissioner moved to approve the amendment "based on the staff report, findings of facts, conclusion of law," the motion was seconded, and recorded aye votes were announced for David, Don and Marion; the chair declared the motion approved.
In other business, the commission approved two sets of minutes (Nov. 21, 2024, and Dec. 5, 2024). A motion to approve both sets carried with recorded aye votes from Marion, Don, David and the member who moved the motion.
Commissioners used the remainder of the brief meeting for holiday remarks and procedural scheduling. Amir said the Jan. 2 meeting was likely to be canceled and that the commission was expected to resume substantive agenda items by the Jan. 16 meeting; staff noted that an item labeled "Blue Sky" was unlikely to appear on the Jan. 16 agenda because staff reports and public‑notice deadlines had not been met. With no further items, a motion to adjourn passed and the chair declared the meeting ended in under 15 minutes.
